What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies for our customers with each location, distance, weight and size of the consignment, etc.
There would be relatively higher shipping costs in case of low value or bulky items with less weight. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges.
For consignments weighing less than approx. 20Kg per line item, a fix minimum charge is applied.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
Generally we deliver items within the time specified. It is possible in case of certain unplanned, unexpected events such as a holiday between, force majeure conditions, etc.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
The Seller offering the product, his location of stock
Product's availability with the Seller
The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.
Are there any hidden procedures or costs (way bill, 402, tax changes, etc)
We do not want any chance for hidden charges when you make a purchase. Hence we calculate and give prices online which are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the order summary page/ screen is exactly what you would pay.
Please enter your default pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know more accurate delivery times and charge on the product page itself.
In the event you want material to be delivered to another location then pin code would have to be changed and accordingly shipping costs would be charged. However it would be buyer’s responsibility to ensure that receipt of material is taken without default, in case of return of material or waiting time, buyer would be charged extra.
Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.
If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Decision to accept the order and to deliver at your desired location is entirely at the discretion of Aqualogy and its vendor, logistics support, etc.
What is the policy for return of material?
Material return is possible in case of wrong supply or damaged supply. In such case, you need to contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?
'In Stock' : Items listed as "In Stock", Sellers will initiate its dispatch and delivery with help of logistics on receipt of clean order and fulfilment of payment. Typical time for dispatch is 1 to 3 days and then there is logistics time.
'Available': The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location. Typical time is delivery period specified on the item + logistics time.
'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming': These items are expected to be received soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and once in stock it will reach you in 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.
'Out of Stock’: Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Wish List' feature to know once it is available for purchase.
'Imported': Sometimes, items have to be sourced by Sellers from outside India. These items are mentioned as 'Imported' on the product page and can take specified delivery time to receive in stock and then logistics time more to be delivered to you.
'Back In Stock Soon': The item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order or put in wish list and it will be shipped or notified to you once the item is in stock.
'Temporarily Unavailable': The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon. Use the 'Wish List feature to know when it is available for purchase.
'Discontinued': This product is no longer available.
Does aqualogy.in deliver internationally?
You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but delivery address should be in India.
