1) In case of I request for a replacement, when will it be processed?
Customer can claim replacement in case of wrong supply, damaged supply or it shelf life is expired. Such claims are lodged using our mail id contact@aqualogy.in. Our representative will call you and explain in the process.
2) Which products are not eligible for returns?
a) Products once used.
b) Exposed directly after removing its last packing layer will not quality the replacement.
c) Physically worn out.
d) Replacement request received after 2 days of delivery.
3) Can items be returned after 2 days of delivery of material?
No. seller will not be able to accept return after the stipulated time period.
4) Do I have to return free gifts, special schemes offers, freebies, etc. when I return a product?
Your complain on delivered goods after 2 days of delivery or if is not found to be the case of wrong/damaged/expired item supply then such case will quality as “Warranty Claims”. Such warranty claims need to be reported on warranty@aqualogy.in. Usually warranty claims are to be reported in case of performance related issues.
5) What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the return period?
Yes, they have to be return with the product.
6) How can I replace an item?
For replacement in case of wrong/damaged/expired supplier, put a note on delivery acknowledgement of logistic person delivering goods. Send e-mail on replacement@aqualogy.in. Attach photos of item, packing and documents with explanation. If replacement claim is found to be correct, then we shall contact you to lift the material and correct goods will be shipped out. Information will be update to you in your account and e-mail updates will be sent.
7) What are the checks done for an item that I'm returning?
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
Correct Product Image/ brand/ serial number/ article number should match and tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product All accessories should be present.
Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Product The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
The field executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met. For any products for which a refund is to be given,
the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
8) How will I get my refund?
I case of replacement claim found to be genuine, on successful return of goods money will be returned by NEFT.
9) What is policy on cancellation of order?
Cancellation of order can happen if:-
1) Supplier is not in position to execute the order.
2) Customer decides to cancel the order prior to dispatch of goods.
10) What happens to customer’s payment?
a) In case of vendors inability to execute the order full refund will be given to client within 2 days of cancellation.
b) In case of cancellation by customer before dispatch, 90% funds are returned by cheque/NEFT. 10% is charged as cancellation fee.
11) What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
a) NEFT b) Cheque
12) When are refunds given?
a) The seller cannot provide a replacement.
b) A warranty claim has been ruled in your favour.
c) Replacement claim is found genuine and customer doesn’t want replacement.
d) 90% refund given if customer cancels order before dispatch.
13) What should I do if I find the package open or tampered on delivery?
You can report the same to logistics agency take photos and send mail to replacement@aqualogy.in.
14) Replacement location?
Replacement will be taken from the same location where it was delivered.
15) I have requested for a return for my item. When will it happen?
Just visit the 'My Orders' page to see its status. You will also receive an email & SMS with the details of your return. You can also send e-mail on replacement@aqualogy.in.
16) I ordered a wrong item. Can I return it?
The sellers' return policies don't support the return of item(s) ordered wrongly. You can refer the respective seller's Returns policy on the product page.
17) How can I know the status of my refund?
You can e-mail replacement@aqualogy.in to know the status of your refund or replacement.
For orders cancelled before shipping, refunds are processed immediately.
If the order has been shipped. Refund will be processed as soon as the courier service provider confirms the return of the item(s).
